Help with IBM Cognos

Over the years I've come to understand that there is often a knowledge gap between "The Business" and "The IT department", particularly when it comes to supporting the IBM Cognos products.

The business users have a great deal of knowledge of the day-to-day functionality of the software and IT have excellent skills supporting the underlying architecture such as Microsoft Windows server, the Database server and the networking and so on.  Thanks to my years of experience working with both sides I'm able to bridge the gap and help both sides move along more quickly when dealing with difficult support issues.
